To whom it may concern,

Jason Finley has been my builder on 5 projects over the last few years. I have experience with other builders, and I have to tell you that he is the best.  He is the best at listening, budgeting, communicating, and delivering the end product.
 
Few builders prepare a spreadsheet for their projects. On that spreadsheet, which we saw before construction began, Jason had every category itemized with a budget amount.  Each week, when we did our construction draws, Jason would deliver the draws and the spreadsheet so that we could see where we were in the budget. What amazed me is that he estimated so carefully the actual costs involved and came under budget on all my projects. He is extremely conscientious in keeping in touch with his subcontractors and makes sure that their work is up to his standard. If there were ever any issues during construction, they were resolved immediately.
 
Most importantly, after the project was done, Jason was there to help with any problems that arose or if we had questions about how something was done.   If we build in the future, there is no question about who we will use. You cannot go wrong with Jason Finley Homes.
